Kind Bar Healthy Snacks Review

Kind bar healthy snacks are made with all natural fruits, whole nuts and whole grains, non-GMO and they are gluten-free. These extremely delicious bars are packed with protein, fiber and antioxidants and these are just some essential nutrients that are in these delicious bars. Kind bars have have three different lines with multiple flavors in each line; Kind Plus, Kind Fruit & Nut, and Kind Nut & Spices. Kind makes other amazing products such as Healthy Grain Bars and Healthy Grain Clusters. KIND Healthy Snacks has teamed up with Dr. Elizabeth Thompson, radiation oncologist and founder of BFFL Co to offer a limited-edition BreastBFFL Bag for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The limited edition Breast BFFLBag contains all the essential items a women needs during the first days following breast cancer surgery including KIND bars, a toiletries kit, amusement pack, skinceuticals, comfort pillow, drainage pack, collapsible water bottle, and expandable folder for important paperwork.

For every bag sold in October, KIND will donate an extra $5 to Friends Fighting Breast Cancer. You can purchase the bag for a woman in your life who is recovering from breast cancer or "Do the KIND Thing" by purchasing one to donate to an anonymous, deserving patient.

Don't worry if you cannot commit to financially! Within each of the donated bags we will be including words of encouragement from women across the country. Submit your note to one of these brave women anywhere on KIND's Facebook wall or to bfflco@kindsnacks.com and we'll be sure it makes its way to a deserving patient. :)

I was given 3 pretty amazing flavors to try KIND Almond & Apricot which is a mixture of whole almonds, apricots and coconut. KIND Almond Walnut Macadamia with Peanuts + Protein is a satisfying and crunchy blend of almonds, walnuts, macadamias and peanuts. Each bar contains 10 grams of protein, which promotes satiety and strengthens bones, muscles and skin. KIND Cranberry Almond + Antioxidants is a delicious blend of tangy cranberries and whole almonds. Each bar contains 50% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamins A, C, and E, which fight free radicals, and help maintain the immune system and healthy skin.

My favorite out of these three flavors was definitely the Almond Walnut Macadamia with Peanuts. I was so hooked on that flavor I went out and bought a box of just that kind. LOL

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

    1. I have been hearing about Trader Joe's for awhile now. Is that like Whole Foods Market?

    2. It's better! I think the produce is better, and the prices are definitely better. It doesn't look as fancy, but overall I like TJ better than WF.

    3. That good to hear, WFM prices are pretty high to me, so I'm going to definitely find a TJ that is near me. Thank you :)

  5. Those sound like great bars and perfect for postpartum. Do you now if they are gluten free?? too bad so many of the schools are nut free, this would be an ideal snack for the kids!

  6. I love Kind bars! Apricot Almond is my favorite! I did make the mistake of not eating them fast enough because I wanted to make them last and the nuts started to go a bit rancid.

    1. That was pretty good, I tried it a few weeks ago and to my surprise I liked it. I'm not a big apricot fan but it was good. :) Boo for rancid taste.

  7. I am gluten free due to an allergy and these are my standby snack bar! I have noticed as I've gone gluten free that most of these more natural foods have much more protein in them than their non natural counterparts!!!

    1. I love the fact their is more protein in a lot of all natural foods. I'm not a vegetarian but I don't eat a lot of meats, so the protein in a lot of bars I get is such a major plus.
