Today is my break day and let's just say my legs are feeling a lot better than my first break day. I can actually go up and down stairs without my legs locking up on me. My legs do feel a bit tighter and it doesn't hurt much anymore to carry Jowell in the Infantino Carrier; so I am pretty excited about that. Tomorrow I up to 100 squats, I have been mixing up the squats I do the basic squat, the plie squat and the jump squat. I figured the more I mix it up the less my muscles will get use to one thing.
I can definitely feel it though.! How are my lovies doing that are also doing this squat challenge.?
