Well today is Day 3 of my 30-Day squat challenge and lets just say I'm seriously sore. I can barely walk up and down the stairs BUT I'm pushing myself through it. This right here tells me that my buns are seriously out of shape.!!
Tomorrow is my rest day I probably will not post a picture until I'm halfway through then when i complete. I know there will be no difference within 3 days so why bother with a picture.. LOL
I have been busting out the squats all at once, is that stupid of me to do it that way. Honestly, I have no clue but I know once I get to the 100's I will break it up into sets. :)
I'm seriously pushing myself to complete this because I have found another 30 day challenge that I want to do. I will not speak of that until I'm almost done with this challenge though.
I have noticed a few girlies have also started this challenge and I want to wish you the best of luck. Do not let the pain get the best of you. Work through it, I know that you can get through it just keep pushing yourself to the limit.!
